Delivery
Delivery to the UK is sent 1st class with Royal Mail. We aim to post orders the next working day after the order has been placed. If orders are placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday they will be processed on Monday. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, however sometimes can take a bit longer, usually no more than 5 days. But sometimes if you’re a lucky one you might receive your order next day.
Delivery to Europe is usually between 7-10 working days. To the rest of the world around 14 working days.
Delivery to the UK is £3.95 and FREE on orders over £80. Delivery to Europe is £9.00 and Rest of the world £15.00.

Returns
We hope you love your new purchase from Audere, however we do understand that on occasion you might want to return something to us for a refund or exchange. You can return your item to us within 28 days of dispatch so long as our returns policy has been followed:
When making a return to us, it is important that we are able to identify your parcel upon receipt. Please enclose a note with your name, address, order number and exchange/refund request. Post it back to us at:

Please be aware that we don’t refund shipping costs, or compensate the costs for you returning the item. However if you choose an exchange we will post out the exchange free of charge.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition the item arrived in, with tags attached. If items are returned not in the same condition they were sent out, we will refuse the refund or exchange and post the item back to you.
Please gain proof of postage when posting back your item, just incase.
If you believe the item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent, please contact us via email before posting a return to us.
